Henan Zhongjin Machinery has successfully delivered a complete river pebble crushing and sand making production line to an African client. Hard river pebbles serve as the raw material of this project, with a maximum feed size of 400mm. After multi-stage crushing and classification, the plant produces three standardized finished aggregates: 0-5mm manufactured sand, 10-20mm crushed stone and 20-40mm crushed stone, fully meeting the local demand for construction aggregates for infrastructure projects.
The full production line is equipped with a complete set of core and auxiliary equipment, including vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, spring cone crusher, vertical shaft impact sand maker, 4-deck vibrating screen, full-series belt conveyors and complete electrical control systems. As the primary crushing equipment, jaw crushers are capable of processing various medium-hard rocks and minerals such as river pebbles, granite and basalt, with a compressive strength below 280MPa. Featuring a simple structure, robust durability, large crushing ratio, low noise and convenient maintenance, jaw crushers have become the preferred coarse crushing equipment for global quarry plants.
Combining the client's target output capacity and on-site topographic conditions, our engineering team customized the optimal crushing process flow and site layout.
