Granite Crushing & Sand Making Production Line Put into Operation in Laos
The customized complete granite crushing and sand making production line supplied by Zhongjin Machinery has been officially put into operation in Laos!
The full set consists of ZSW4911 vibrating feeder, PE7510 primary jaw crusher, 240 spring cone crusher, 2YK2570 double-deck vibrating screen and 2050 fine sand recycling integrated machine, perfectly tailored for processing high-hardness granite rock.
Our engineers have precisely matched the model configuration for the whole production line. The PE7510 jaw crusher undertakes primary crushing of large granite raw stones; the 240 spring cone crusher specializes in medium and fine crushing of hard granite, featuring impact resistance and wear-resistant liners for extended service life. Matched with the 2YK2570 double-deck vibrating screen, it accurately classifies three types of finished aggregates. The 2050 fine sand recycler recovers lost fine sand to eliminate raw material waste, maintaining a stable standard output of 150 tons per hour throughout operation. It avoids blockages and output reduction even when processing high-hardness granite.
Raw stones are evenly fed into the primary crushing stage by the ZSW4911 feeder. The 240 spring cone crusher works in tandem with the 2050VSI vertical shaft impact sand making machine. The complete line delivers clearly classified finished products: 10–20mm aggregate, 5–10mm crushed stone and 0–5mm premium manufactured sand, which can meet diverse material demands for road infrastructure, mixing plants and concrete aggregates.
Targeting the high hardness and high abrasiveness of granite, all wear parts of the crushing equipment are made of thickened high-manganese steel. The spring cone crusher is equipped with built-in spring overload protection. If uncrushable iron pieces enter the crushing chamber, the machine will automatically retract to prevent equipment damage and drastically reduce downtime for maintenance.
We provide one-stop supply of full equipment covering feeding, primary crushing, medium & fine crushing, screening and fine sand recovery. Customers do not need to source equipment separately or coordinate with multiple manufacturers. Belt conveyors, steel silos, operation platforms, dust removal auxiliary equipment and other supporting accessories are all delivered as a complete package, with the whole line undergoing joint commissioning and passing inspections before shipment.
