Common types
Rotary Kiln Dryer
Rotary kiln dryer is a kind of calcination equipment, generally a rotary cylinder type, placed on the support device to rotate, so it is also called "rotary kiln dryer". The specifications of rotary kiln dryers can be divided into: straight rotary kiln dryers and reducable rotary kiln dryers. The rotary kiln dryer is mainly used for calcining and roasting operations in the cement industry, gold chemical industry, and calcareous stone building materials industry, with a working temperature of more than 1100 °C Celsius.
Single-cylinder Cooler
The single-cylinder cooler is mainly used to cool the high-temperature materials discharged from the rotary kiln to the downstream conveyor, storage warehouse, and the temperature that can be withstood by the next process, and at the same time recover the high-temperature materials into the firing system, improve the thermal efficiency of the entire firing system, and improve the grindability of the material and reduce the grinding power consumption.

Cement Production

Metallurgical Processing
Calcination is essential in the extraction and refinement of non-ferrous metals such as zinc, lead, copper, and aluminum. Metal carbonates or hydroxides are calcined to produce oxides, which are then reduced to pure metals via smelting or electrolysis.

Precautions
Daily inspection
Whether the vibration motor bolts and springs are loose, and whether there are cracks in the groove.
Lubrication
Regularly replenish motor bearing grease (such as lithium-based grease).
Shutdown maintenance
Clean the material accumulation in the tank and check the wear of the liner.
Insufficient feeding volume
Check whether the adjustment of the motor eccentric block is consistent and whether the voltage is stable.
Abnormal noise
Fasten the bolts and check whether the spring or liner is broken.
Motor overheating
Check whether the bearings are lubricated or overloaded.
