Three-cylinder dryer is an improved high-efficiency and energy-saving product on the basis of single-cylinder rotary dryer.
1. The final moisture content of the material is guaranteed to be less than 0.5%, which is the preferred product for dry-mix mortar and slag powder production lines.
2. The thermal efficiency of cylinder self-insulation is as high as more than 70% (the thermal efficiency of traditional single-cylinder dryers is only 35%), and the thermal efficiency is improved by 35%.
3. The fuel can adapt to coal, oil and gas. It can bake blocks, granules and powdered materials under 20mm.

Rotary Kiln Dryer
Rotary kiln dryer is a kind of calcination equipment, generally a rotary cylinder type, placed on the support device to rotate, so it is also called "rotary kiln dryer".
1. Adopt cylindrical cylinder structure, lined with refractory materials, cylinder wall thickness is usually 25-50mm, key parts are reinforced with high-strength alloy steel, refractory layer thickness up to 230-300mm, can withstand high temperatures above 1200°C
