Types and Advantages
Industrial Rotary Dryer
Industrial rotary dryer, also known as drum drying equipment or cylinder dryer, is a common and widely used drying equipment in mining equipment.
1. Strong adaptability: It can handle a variety of bulk materials, including sludge, slag, coal sludge, gypsum, etc., and is suitable for metallurgy, chemical, building materials and other industries.
2. High processing efficiency: The rotary cylinder structure is adopted, and the contact area between the material and the hot air flow is increased through the lifting plate, and the processing capacity can reach 50t/h, with continuous operation capacity.
3. Structural optimization: The length of the cylinder is shortened by about 4 0% compared with the traditional model, and the dynamic sealing design is based on the support of the carrier and frequency conversion speed regulation technology.
Three-cylinder Dryer
Three-cylinder dryer is an improved high-efficiency and energy-saving product on the basis of single-cylinder rotary dryer.
1. The final moisture content of the material is guaranteed to be less than 0.5%, which is the preferred product for dry-mix mortar and slag powder production lines.
2. The thermal efficiency of cylinder self-insulation is as high as more than 70% (the thermal efficiency of traditional single-cylinder dryers is only 35%), and the thermal efficiency is improved by 35%.
3. The fuel can adapt to coal, oil and gas. It can bake blocks, granules and powdered materials under 20mm.
Rotary Kiln Dryer
Rotary kiln dryer is a kind of calcination equipment, generally a rotary cylinder type, placed on the support device to rotate, so it is also called "rotary kiln dryer".
1. Adopt cylindrical cylinder structure, lined with refractory materials, cylinder wall thickness is usually 25-50mm, key parts are reinforced with high-strength alloy steel, refractory layer thickness up to 230-300mm, can withstand high temperatures above 1200°C
2. The cylinder is installed with an inclination angle of 1.5°-4.5°, and the rotation of 0.15-2.5 rpm is realized through the gear transmission system to promote the spiral movement of the material
3. The sealing system adopts multiple fish scale seals to ensure air tightness.
Single-cylinder Cooler
The single-cylinder cooler is mainly used to cool the high-temperature materials discharged from the rotary kiln to the downstream conveyor, storage warehouse, and the temperature that can be withstood by the next process, and at the same time recover the high-temperature materials into the firing system.

Petroleum Industry: Calcining petroleum coke to improve its conductivity and density for use in electrodes for aluminum smelting.
Environmental Remediation: Used to treat hazardous waste, such as incinerating sludge or incinerating organic materials, and processing fly ash.
Material Science and Mining: Used to dry materials like bauxite, alumina, and various ores before smelting.

Precautions
Daily inspection
Whether the vibration motor bolts and springs are loose, and whether there are cracks in the groove.
Lubrication
Regularly replenish motor bearing grease (such as lithium-based grease).
Shutdown maintenance
Clean the material accumulation in the tank and check the wear of the liner.
Insufficient feeding volume
Check whether the adjustment of the motor eccentric block is consistent and whether the voltage is stable.
Abnormal noise
Fasten the bolts and check whether the spring or liner is broken.
Motor overheating
Check whether the bearings are lubricated or overloaded.
