Product Introduction:
Vibrating feeder in the production process, can evenly, regularly and continuously feed the lump and granular materials from the storage silo to the receiving device, in the sand and gravel production line, can feed the crushing machinery continuously and evenly, and coarsely screen the materials, which is widely used in metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing, building materials, chemical, abrasives and other industries in crushing and screening joint equipment.
Working principle: The Vibrating feeder is mainly rotated by two vibration motors in reverse, generating periodic excitation force and driving the tank to do reciprocating vibration in the direction of inclination. The material is thrown up in the tank and jumps forward to achieve uniform and continuous conveying. When the material passes through the sieve strip on the tank, the smaller material can fall through the gap of the sieve strip, without going through the crushing process in the next way, which plays a screening effect.

Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Daily inspection: whether the vibration motor bolts and springs are loose, and whether there are cracks in the groove.
2. Lubrication: Regularly replenish motor bearing grease (such as lithium-based grease).
3. Shutdown maintenance: clean the material accumulation in the tank and check the wear of the liner.
Common Troubleshooting:
1. Insufficient feeding volume: Check whether the adjustment of the motor eccentric block is consistent and whether the voltage is stable.
2. Abnormal noise: fasten the bolts and check whether the spring or liner is broken.
3. Motor overheating: Check whether the bearings are lubricated or overloaded.
