Graphite Ore Processing Production Line Successfully Commissioned in Vietnam
Recently, the complete graphite grinding and beneficiation production line supplied by Zhongjin Machinery has been successfully put into operation at Zone T01 of the Bảo Hà Graphite Processing Plant in Vietnam. Tailored to the characteristics of local graphite ore resources and supported by custom‑engineered pulp flow‑sheet, this system delivers efficient separation and purification, ensuring stable high‑quality concentrate output for our client.
Located along Vietnam's National Highway 279 in a mountainous area, the project covers a total area of 9.7 hectares with large steel‑structure workshops built specifically for graphite ore processing. Designed to handle 500 tons of raw graphite ore per day, the plant processes feed ore at 12‑13% grade. Through grinding, classification and multi‑stage flotation, the final graphite concentrate reaches 94% grade with a concentrate yield of 10%, unlocking great economic value from local graphite deposits.
The production line adopts proven closed‑circuit grinding technology with ball mill and spiral classifier. After crushing, raw ore is fed into large‑scale
wet ball mills for grinding. The spiral classifier carries out particle‑size classification, sending coarse sand back to the ball mill for re‑grinding, while qualified pulp flows into the flotation system.

Graphite ore beneficiation pulp flow‑sheet
Following our custom pulp flow‑sheet, the process incorporates multiple re‑grinding stages together with repeated roughing, cleaning and scavenging cycles. Portions of flotation tailings and middlings are recirculated back to previous sections as specified on the process drawing to prevent over‑comminution of graphite flakes. Large banks of flotation units separate valuable graphite from gangue minerals by flotation reagents, producing high‑purity graphite concentrate.
Adapted to local mountain‑site conditions and climate in Vietnam, our team completed process planning, site layout and equipment selection in the early project phase. All equipment undergoes strict factory testing before shipment and is packed according to international export standards. Upon equipment arrival, we provide remote installation guidance and hands‑on operator training. A full supply of wear parts including ball mill liners and flotation machine components is also available to ease customers' long‑term maintenance concerns. From solution consultation and flow‑sheet design, through manufacturing and shipment, to post‑delivery technical support, our end‑to‑end service helps overseas projects run smoothly.

On‑site photos show ball mills, spiral classifiers and flotation cells neatly arranged and running steadily. Thanks to the custom mineral‑processing flow‑sheet and reliable complete sets of equipment, this Vietnamese graphite project has achieved target beneficiation performance.
