Laos Mine EPC Project Is Steadily Advancing
Recently, the mine EPC project we undertook in Laos has officially kicked off its preliminary‑stage work.
Site‑leveling is underway on location, alongside geological drilling and core sampling. Our technical team analyzes the retrieved core samples to study ore composition, hardness and other practical parameters. This helps us fully understand real‑site mine conditions and lay a solid foundation for subsequent mineral‑processing‑plant construction and production‑line layout.

Many overseas mine clients face common challenges: complex mountainous terrain and variable ore properties. Simply adopting off‑the‑shelf solutions often leads to mismatched equipment and unsatisfactory output.
We avoid generic template‑based designs. Upon receiving geological exploration data, our technicians formulate practical layouts for the processing plant according to local mountain‑terrain features, ore characteristics and the client's target processing capacity. We design complete process flows for crushing, grinding and flotation, as well as arrangements for plant buildings and material‑conveying routes. Potential difficulties brought by mountain‑site construction are fully considered, so the final solution is truly tailored to site‑specific conditions.

Once the solution is finalized, all equipment is manufactured in our own factory.
Our facility produces a full range of mineral‑processing equipment, including jaw crushers, impact crushers, vibrating screens, ball mills, spiral classifiers, flotation machines and rotary dryers, covering complete crushing, grinding, screening and ore‑beneficiation workflows.
Every production step is strictly quality‑controlled, from steel‑plate cutting and welding‑assembly to repeated pre‑delivery inspections. Equipment specifications are customized to match the actual requirements of this mine and adapt to its ore‑processing conditions.
After production is completed, the equipment will be loaded and shipped to the project site.
Our technicians will travel to the overseas construction site for equipment positioning, steel‑structure erection and pipeline connection. They will carry out step‑by‑step installation and commissioning, including no‑load and material‑feeding tests, until the whole production line runs stably with qualified output. Meanwhile, hands‑on training will be provided for on‑site workers, covering equipment operation and routine maintenance, so the client's team can operate the complete production line independently.
Many suppliers on the market only sell standalone equipment. Clients have to source separate partners for design, construction and commissioning. This causes heavy communication burdens and risks of mutual buck‑passing among different contractors.
Our EPC general‑contracting service takes charge of all above‑mentioned work: ore assessment and processing‑plant planning in the early phase; customized manufacturing of complete‑set equipment in the intermediate phase; on‑site installation, commissioning and project handover in the later phase. Ongoing support is also available afterwards for technical consulting and wear‑part replacement. Clients are freed from multi‑party coordination and can wait for the completion and commissioning of the processing plant with peace of mind by entrusting the whole project to us.
Over the years, we have served numerous overseas mine clients and witnessed many projects go astray due to impractical solutions or poorly‑matched equipment. We stick to geology‑ and terrain‑oriented solution design, rely on our self‑manufactured equipment, and deliver reliable installation‑and‑commissioning services, to help clients realize solid project delivery. We will keep optimizing our products and services to serve more domestic and overseas mine customers in the future.
