Product Introduction:

Working principle:After the large material is crushed, it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then continuously and uniformly fed into the main machine mill by the electromagnetic vibration feeder, the material entering the mill chamber is shoveled up by the blade and enters the grinding roller and the grinding ring is crushed, the blower blows air from the diverter plate into the grinding chamber, and the crushed powder is sent to the analysis chamber. After the fine powder is separated from the air, it is discharged from the discharge port to become a finished product. The upper end of the air returns to the fan, repeating the above cycle.
In the process of main machine work, the blade system plays a very important role. It is located at the lower end of the grinding rod, and the material is shoveled up and fed into the grinding roller ring during the same rotation of the blade and the grinding roller, forming a bedding layer, which is rotated by the grinding roller to produce an outward extrusion force to crush the material, so as to achieve the purpose of milling.
