Circular vibratory screener is mainly used in product grading operations in sand and gravel aggregates, coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, electric power and chemical industries. It adopts a block eccentric structure as the excitation source and realizes material screening through high-frequency vibration. The equipment adopts tire couplings to achieve flexible connection, and the operation is smooth. The screen box and the beam are connected by high-strength bolts, which avoids welded structures and simplifies the maintenance process. The whole machine is designed with small amplitude, high frequency and large inclination parameter configuration, which improves screening efficiency while reducing energy consumption and noise. The body structure is relatively simple, taking into account the characteristics of large processing capacity and long service life, and is suitable for the needs of continuous production scenarios.

 

Working principle: The motor uses a triangular belt to generate high-speed rotation of the exciter eccentric block. The running eccentric block generates a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the screen box to produce a circular motion of a certain amplitude, and the material on the screen is affected by the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface to produce a continuous throwing motion.

 

Performance characteristics:

 

1. The use of thin oil lubrication effectively improves the lubrication state of the bearing, greatly reduces the working temperature of the bearing, greatly extends the service life of the bearing, has a low failure rate, is maintenance-free, and plays a decisive role in the continuous and stable work of the equipment.
2. The side panel adopts ultra-high strength plate, which improves the reliability of the vibrating screen; The screen box adopts high-strength torsion shear bolt link, no welding, high strength and long service life;
3. The eccentricity of the block is used as the excitation force, and the excitation force is strong;
4. The sieve beam and the screen box are connected by high-strength bolts, without welding;
5. The screen has a simple structure, convenient and fast maintenance;
6. Adopt tire coupling, flexible connection, smooth operation;
7. High screening efficiency, large processing capacity and long life.
