The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher also has the advantages of convenient adjustment of the discharge port, small overload coefficient when passing through non-crushed objects, and easy to take out the non-crushed objects blocked in the crushing chamber due to its insurance, adjustment and locking. However, compared with the single cylinder, this crusher has a more complex structure and higher manufacturing time than the single cylinder.

The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher uses hydraulic devices for its insurance, adjustment, and locking, and the hydraulic system can effectively ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

 

Working principle:According to the lamination theory, the material is subjected to multiple directions of force, crushed and polished according to its own texture, forming stable stone particles, which meet the discharge requirements from the swinging gap of the crushing wall, and the rest of the materials continue to be crushed until the discharge demand is reached.
