Product Introduction:

Rotary drum dryer is a drying setup for intermittent operation, which has compact equipment, small footprint, low investment, and can control the discharge moisture through the drying time to adapt to the drying operation of a variety of materials.

Working principle:Rotary drum dryers work together based on three heat transfer methods: heat conduction, heat convection and heat radiation. When the equipment is running, the material enters the closed stainless steel drum from the feeding port, the drum rotates at a constant speed driven by the driving device, and the internal reading plate continuously lifts and throws the material to form a uniform material curtain, fully expanding the contact area between the material and the hot air. At the same time, the high-temperature hot air generated by external heat sources (such as electric heating, steam, natural gas, etc.) is sent into the drum through the hot air pipeline to exchange heat with the material, so that the moisture in the material evaporates rapidly. The water vapor generated by evaporation is wrapped in hot air and discharged through the dehumidification system, and the dried material is output from the discharge port under the action of the roller tilt angle and rotation to complete the entire drying process.
