Working Principle Flow

1. Feeding Stage
Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper.

2. Acceleration Stage
A high-speed rotating impeller accelerates the materials.

3. Ejection Stage
Under centrifugal force, materials are ejected at high speed.

4. Crushing Stage
Crushing occurs through three mechanisms:

Material-to-material impact

Material-to-liner impact

Vortex collision inside the chamber

5. Discharge Stage
Crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet.

6. Continuous Cycle
The system forms a continuous crushing and shaping circulation.
