How it works: CS/CH series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher working principle:

The motor drives the pinion gear of the crusher, the pinion drives the large gear, the large gear assembly (large gear, large gear rack, eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assembly (eccentric cylinder liner, eccentric copper sleeve) and the spindle assembly (spindle, inner cone, inner cone liner) are centered on the theoretical vertical line, and the spindle assembly can rotate in the center line of the spindle in the eccentric copper sleeve. When the material is added to the crushing chamber, the spindle assembly (spindle, inner cone) rotates slowly in the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the material.

The trajectory of the inner cone appears to be swinging back and forth in the crushing chamber while slowly rotating. The material is crushed by the swinging inner cone. When the crusher falls into the metal block and other unbreakable objects, the moving cone of the single cylinder is held up by the bottom hydraulic piston, which plays the role of adjusting the discharge port and protecting the iron, and repeatedly rising and falling to eliminate the blockage.

 

Performance characteristics:

4.The hydraulic system is used to adjust the discharge port, which can adjust the discharge port when the equipment is running, without affecting production, and has the function of automatic compensation of the discharge port, saving time and effort.

5.It is lubricated with thin oil, which has stable and reliable performance, and adopts an effective labyrinth sealing method to avoid the defect of easy mixing of water and oil.

6.Adopt automatic remote operation control system. It can easily monitor core parameters such as temperature, pressure, and current in real time, and the hydraulic system is convenient and reliable, which can improve safe and effective overload protection and ensure the safe operation of equipment.
